73% DEEP DARK CHOCOLATE<br /><span>handmade from deeply roasted cacao<br />2.5oz bar</span>
We use Cacao (cocoa beans) from the regions of Lachua and the Polochic Valley, Guatemala, which are carefully roasted to bring out their rich flavors. It is then refined with a pinch of Sea Salt, Organic Cane Juice and molded into 2.5 ounce/72 gram bars. 
Note: This is our original bar, the one which shows off the natural flavors of the bean, that of caramel, fudge, with a hint of dried cherry.
