Cacao beans from Haiti are carefully roasted to bring out their rich flavors. They are refined w/ Caramelized Milk, Browned Butter, Organic Unrefined Sugar, & a pinch of Sea Salt, then molded into 2.0 ounce bars.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesday in the summer due to high temperatures. We don't want to risk having your order sit in a hot truck or warehouse.
