Over 40 countries were represented, over 500 companies participated, and 1500 bars were submitted to the Academy of Chocolate of London, England.
Of 1500 bars, 42 were deemed Gold worthy and WE RECEIVED ONE for the Deep Dark Bar, Silver for the Dark Milk Chocolate w/ Brown Butter & Caramelized Milk AND Bronze for the Dark Cream Chocolate "Mocha!"

73% Deep Dark: This is our purest, darkest Chocolate. Its creamy texture has a balanced flavor that is rich, not bitter with notes of dark caramel, fudge + dried cherry.
62% Dark Milk Chocolate: Think of this as Dark Chocolate with a bit of milk added to it. The brown butter adds toasty notes, caramelized Milk gives it the rich caramel lingering flavor.
65% Dark Cream Chocolate Mocha: Enjoy the rich flavor of Dark Chocolate with WOLF Coffee, Cream and Cinnamon! We grind coffee beans with our cocoa beans. The result is a silky dark chocolate with a balanced coffee flavor that is subtle with a creamy finish.
We ship on Mondays and Tuesday in the summer due to high temperatures. We don't want to risk having your order sit in a hot truck or warehouse.
